wow. what a waste. I saw some that could be so gorgeous if they were redone. makes me think of Michael Moore. Can't wait to see his new movie - I love him!
ReplyDeleteGreat post!
Hi Spencer,
ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed your post! It is funny but if my husband and I are noticing abandon houses , we always need the feel to visit these houses and we are discussing what we would to with the house if it would be our house! We are always sad if we leave them!

Oh my goodness. Some of those are just lovely ... it's so sad that they've been abandoned. My heart aches looking at those pictures.
ReplyDeleteHow sad is this...think of all the families who lived and loved those houses in their prime.
ReplyDeleteWOW... this is a VERY sad post! Those buildings/houses are ALL AMAZING!!! Such a shame!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the saddest posts I've ever seen! It's so terrible to see these beautiful historic homes undone and unused. I wish I had the funds to do these all up and make them livable again.
ReplyDeleteWow!... what inspiring these are. The fairy castles... Thank you for the unforgettable trip into the homeland of tales. Your post revived the abandoned houses and the beauty sat me back in awe.
ReplyDeleteThank you once again.
It is worthy pondering deeper indeed.
This is so incredibly sad. Those homes have so much potential. I hope that someone will realize what they mean to Detroit's architectural history and that they will be saved.
ReplyDeleteOh, how sad. What beautiful houses, gone to waste/
ReplyDeleteIT s so sad. Are these just abandoned? Are the owners not obliged to make them safe ?
